
Lynne Sebeck, Career Training USA Program Manager. Originally from West Virginia, Lynne received her B.S.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from XavierUniversity before moving to NYC in 2003. Lynne attended New York University, where she earned both an M.A. in Higher Education Administration and an Advanced Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). As a student, she spent time studying business in Torino, Italy and pursued an intensive cross-cultural research project in Puerto Rico. Prior to InterExchange, Lynne worked with various programs at New York University, including study abroad, summer programs, academic advising, and learning assistance.

Steve Bossous, Associate Manager, works on SEVIS DS-2019 processing, ordering and confirming participants’ insurance, answering inquiries and reviewingapplications. He is a New York University graduate with experience in Career Services who has worked at InterExchange since June 2003.
Sarah Wadlinger, Participant Services Program Coordinator, is responsible for organizing events for Career Training USA’s participants and processing Extension and Change of Host applications. Originally from Pennsylvania, Sarah graduated from Vassar College with a degree in International Studies and a minor in French. As a student, she spent four months studying in Strasbourg, France, where she able to intern for the Council of Europe’s Department of Education. Having held multiple Residential Life positions while at Vassar, she has a continued interest in student services and international exchange.

Lauren O’Connor, Admissions Coordinator, is responsible for the intake of applications and for providing support to applicants. Originally from Poughkeepsie, NY, she graduated with her B.A. in Anthropology from Hartwick College. While at Hartwick, Lauren worked in the Admissions Office and was able to study abroad in France, South Africa, Thailand and Costa Rica. Her professional experiences include working in an International Graduate Admissions office and completing an AmeriCorps program.

Di Gao, Placement Associate, graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics and a strong focus in International studies, through which she was able to study abroad in China and the Czech Republic. Di organizes various events as well as processes the Change of Host and Extension applications. Prior to joining InterExchange, she worked for a global health non-profit organization and as a research assistant for a public health cultural exchange company.
Allison Nichols, Placement Associate, is responsible for providing support to applicants. Originally from Newton, Massachusetts, Allison graduated with a B.A. in International Affairs and minor in Spanish from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. While in Washington D.C., Allison worked at GW’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions and the Office for Study Abroad. As a student, Allison spent six months studying abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to joining the Career Training team, Allison worked in the Foreign Fulbright Programs Division at the Institute of International Education.
Jenny Ba joined the Career Training team in August 2011 as a trainee. She holds a B.A. in Foreign Languages applied to Business & Trade and an M.A. in Project Management, both obtained in France where she is from originally. Jenny worked at the University of Northampton in England as an International Office Administrator and later joined Aquarius Abroad in Paris; an agency specialized in international educational exchanges, where she managed various programs such as Career Training, Summer Camp, Work & Travel and Language Courses in 10 different countries. Jenny spent the last 18 months working and travelling in Australia, before joining our team.
